This page explains which personal data we collect on unlikely.technology, what we do with it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

UNLIKELY (Unlikely Technology), 41 rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris, France. For any question about your data, write to us at this address:

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your company name, your work email address, the services you are interested in and the description of your project. This information reaches us by email and is used to answer your request, then to prepare a possible collaboration.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.

Analytics and performance

We count page views and some clicks (navigation links, contact button) with Vercel Web Analytics, and we measure loading times with Vercel Speed Insights and an internal Core Web Vitals monitoring tool. These tools set no cookie. They produce aggregated statistics, without identifying you or following you across other sites.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no advertising cookie.

While you fill in the contact form, a session cookie (session-contact-form-values) keeps what you typed so it is not lost. It is deleted when the form is sent or when the browser is closed.

To protect the form against spam, the site loads Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes technical information about your browser and device and may set its own trackers. This service is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Recipients and processors

Requests sent through the form are read by the Unlikely team. We neither sell nor rent your data. These providers process it on our behalf:

  • Vercel: website hosting and analytics (United States)
  • Cloudflare: content delivery network and website security (United States)
  • Resend: delivery of the contact form emails (United States)
  • Google: reCAPTCHA, spam protection for the form (United States)
  • Storyblok: content management and image delivery (Austria)
  • Mux: video delivery, with its analytics disabled (United States)

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR: standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or the provider's participation in the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests: 3 years after our last exchange; if a collaboration starts, for its whole duration and then as long as legal obligations require
  • Form cookie: until the form is sent or the browser is closed
  • Analytics: aggregated data, with no personal identifier

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing or to receive the information you sent us in a portable format, and you can object to its use. Write to us at the address below: we answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
